I always did stretch, but  apparently not in every way I needed... I think more cross training and strength training may be in order, too... seems part of the problem was over-using particular muscles, while others slacked off. Have you tried working out in the pool?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I knew a Soccer player who couldn’t even straighten up.
