Oh No this trail is not safe by any means. A women got attcked last summer while strolling with her baby. The man rib off her gold necklace, right around the Dunstable line.. I have seen people laying on the trail druged out. Scary..

I want to second Lynn's comment, and I'd go further - people seen littering should be confronted with consequences. It's tempting to force the trash back into their bodily possession, but probably wiser to get their license plate number, and call the cops.

I do wish, though, that the city would do a better job of collecting trash from the bins at city parks, which are often overflowing.

Yes the Trails & Pond in south Nashua is beautiful, however PLEASE PICK UP TRASH.

I have lived in South Nashua all my life And the more people that use the trails & pond the more TRASH we have on the side of the roads.

I have called the city and they say they do not have the man power to pick up the sides of the roads. So if you use our trails or pond take a bag with you and PICK UP (even if its not your trash) THANK YOU.........

Cor, if they'd had anything but pond water to offer I'm sure they would have done... those trails are certainly safe for walkers. You'd have to use your own judgment walking alone... I think the woods are safer than most places, but you could arm yourself or seek company...

I was wondering if these trails were just for biking or are they safe for walkers? I was looking for a safe trail to follow that would't be too crowded . I'm a single women, 5'2" -about 115 pounds so I don't want to feel I have to carry a night stick with me. I do love a good trail and a challange though. If you have any info for me that would be great. By the way, how social were those beavers, did they offer you a drink?

Do you think they have junk drawers?
