If your ever around Exeter, NH check out the Oaklands Town Forest and the Henderson-Swasey Town Forest. They're located right off of Rt. 101 (actually there's a tunnel that connects the two underneath 101) and they have some beautiful trails for running and biking. I don't know if there's trail maps of the area but it's worth a look if your in the mood for a new spot.
